The new AKNO Group logistic park opens in 2022 and is located in the Milanese area.
The AKNO Group, operator specialized in the development of real estate projects and logistic parks, is the real estate partner of SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE for its new Italian Logistic Center. Europe’s leading and fastest-growing e-pharmacy and present in 7 European countries, has chosen the AKNO Settala Business Park for its entry into Italian logistics.
The new logistic centre, which has an area of approximately 17,500 square meters, will open in the third quarter of 2022. It will be located in a highly strategic position on the outskirts of Milan, close to the A1 Autostrada del Sole, A4 Turin motorways. -Venice, A35 BreBeMi. It is also located close to major transportation hubs and distributors, offering SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE’s ever-growing customers a faster and more sustainable service.
Settala will be the company’s second distribution facility, in addition to the European hub in the Dutch city of Sevenum, near Venlo.
