Passion and investments
In 2006, the AKNO Group entered the US market and established AKNO USA.
Soon after, the company acquired various buildings in Michigan, amongst which the historic Book Tower and Book Building in downtown Detroit.
Throughout the last decade, AKNO USA has increased its local presence by acquiring and managing office buildings in North America: in 2016, it acquired one of Saint Louis premiere office building, which expands over 20 floors high.
Today, AKNO USA continues to focus on the American market as it sources new investment opportunities.
