Built by AKNO Engineering & Construction in a strategic position facing the motorway, the turnkey business park extension will be ready by the end of 2020
Work has begun on the new construction site signed by AKNO Group, an operator specialised in developing real estate projects and logistics parks. AKNO Broni 6 Business Park, a new state-of-the-art industrial building, will be built in the manufacturing area of Broni (PV), precisely in Campo Viola, right next to another logistics complex, the AKNO Broni Business Park, recently built by AKNO Group and purchased by the real estate giant Invesco Real Estate. The location is highly strategic, facing the A21 Turin/Piacenza/Brescia motorway at the Broni-Stradella exit. Completion is scheduled for December 2020.

The design and execution of the Broni 6 Business Park are entrusted to AKNO Engineering & Construction, the division of the AKNO Group specialised in the design and construction of turnkey buildings of all kinds. AKNO Engineering & Construction provides a General Contractor service and translates architectural project into reality, dealing personally with the needs of the client. It follows the projects during all the phases, from the preliminary analysis to the feasibility studies, from the quantification of the estimates to the supply of labour, up to construction and delivery, with a commitment that translates into time, cost and quality, relieving the client of all worries, managerial and otherwise. Thanks to a large team of professionals and skilled labour, it is able to provide specific resources for targeted problem solving. The structures built by the AKNO Group are distinguished by their maximum versatility and attention to detail, focusing on eco-sustainability both in the construction and management phases of the building.
In terms of construction features, the buildings are made with exclusively Made in Italy materials. The Broni 6 Business Park building structure will consist of prefabricated elements with perimeter infill in concrete panels. The external façade will be finished in ochre-coloured marble grit, to mitigate the visual impact and accentuate the integration of the building into its surroundings; the same concept will be used for the areas facing the building, designed in tobacco shades.
AKNO also pays special attention to the environment, following the LEED (The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) philosophy, with continuous research into new solutions for energy, water supply and waste treatment. Like all the structures built by the AKNO Group, Broni 6 Business Park will be equipped with cutting-edge technical solutions in terms of energy saving, with a view to both environmental protection and economic management.
The AKNO Broni 6 Business Park’s rainwater collection system will use separate systems for water from the roof of the building and the paved impermeable surfaces of the streets and car parks. For the former, there will be a direct discharge into a lamination basin. In the latter case, it will be treated with sand and grease removal before being discharged into a drainage basin.
Consumption will be kept to a minimum using solar panels, a sophisticated rainwater recycling system and irrigation systems.
The area comprising the AKNO Broni 6 Business Park will be completely fenced off. Access will be allowed only through a single main entrance, where a 24-hour security service will guarantee security and operational tranquillity.
AKNO Broni 6 Business Park is the latest in chronological order of the many Business Parks successfully built by AKNO Group in Northern Italy, after those in Broni, Truccazzano, Carpiano, Settala, Caleppio, Tribiano and Stradella.
