Over 100,000 m² inaugurated near the A22 motorway exit.
The large logistics-production site at Nogarole Rocca, a strategic area south of Verona dedicated to goods handling, has been extended with over 116,000 m² of AKNO Group warehouses. It is the Group, a leading company in the sector of industrial and logistics projects at global level, that has signed the 2 new buildings, constructed in one of the richest and most innovative industrial areas in Italy.
The two buildings, measuring 17,000 and 35,200 m² respectively, have just been handed over on a turnkey basis. They are equipped with fully automatic fire sprinkler systems, LED lighting and cutting-edge technical solutions in terms of energy saving.
The large logistics-production hub in the Nogarole Rocca area is already home to major brands such as Zalando and MAN Truck, demonstrating the highly strategic location of the logistics site chosen by AKNO Group for its new Business Park, right next to the A22 motorway exit.
The Nogarole Rocca depots are only the latest in chronological order of the numerous Business Parks successfully built by the AKNO Group in Northern Italy, after those in Broni 6, Livraga, Cesate, Broni, Truccazzano, Carpiano, Settala, Caleppio, Tribiano, Stradella and Belgioioso.
