The new AKNO Group logistics park in the Pavia area has just been inaugurated.

An area of 230,000 sqm, over 104,000 sqm of covered area, 109 loading docks and 317 parking spaces: these are the figures for the new logistics park just opened in the province of Pavia by AKNO Group.

Inaugurated a few days ago, the AKNO Belgioioso Business Park is a state-of-the-art hub: a modern, efficient, innovative and aesthetically pleasing industrial area concept. It was built following the most up-to-date guidelines on energy efficiency and eco-sustainability not only in the construction phase but also in the management of the building. Hence the decision to install one of the most advanced photovoltaic systems. This is a solution that makes the AKNO Belgioioso Business Park a logistics centre devoted to energy independence.

Thanks to this constant attention to the environment, the AKNO Belgioioso Business Park has obtained BREEAM certification to testify to the Group’s growing commitment to achieving increasingly ambitious environmental sustainability goals.

The AKNO Group’s focus on the local area has also led to solutions to minimise the building’s impact on the surrounding natural environment, maintaining the existing tall trees on the east and west sides of the logistics park and adding more vegetation.

Operations in the logistics park started immediately: the tenants that have already moved in – Aosom Italia, TT Europa and Columbus Logistics – are already in full swing in the new Pavia location.

The site is strategically located in an area that has already been partially urbanised, in Via Dante Alighieri 40 along Provincial Road 234 Cremona-Pavia, easily accessible from the main motorway routes.

The AKNO Belgioioso Business Park joins the other important avant-garde logistics and industrial parks built by the AKNO Group in northern Italy, including those in Livraga, Cesate, Broni, Truccazzano, Carpiano, Settala, Caleppio, Tribiano and Stradella.

The AKNO Group’s flagships, the two Business Parks of Broni and Stradella are located in the province of Pavia, which is a crucial junction between the north-west, Lombardy and central Italy.AKNO Belgioioso BP foto2 - AKNO Group
