AKNO Business Parks and HDS S.p.A. have signed a rental contract for a newly constructed building at the new Business Park in Stradella, in the province of Pavia. HDS S.p.A., company that is part of the Gruppo Palladio Finanziaria S.p.A., works with a group of brands such as Robo, Dega, Arimpex, a leader in the supply of food specialties for commercial restaurants for more than half a century. In particular the location in Stradella has been selected as a new Italian center.
The presence of an important client such as HDS in the Business Park in Stradella confirms its strategic position and the competitiveness of the Logistics Park itself. The Business Park in Stradella, located along the A21 highway (Turin-Piacenza-Brescia), is developed on a surface of 336,000 square meters, and offers more than 170,000 square meters of cutting edge distributive spaces.
